2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
